When will I get my order ?
Once payment/proof of payment is received. It takes 1-4 working days. Depending on your area.

How can I pay for my order ?
We currently accept EFT. Therefore we can offer free shipment for orders exceeding R 1000.
Update: Now we also made a payment link from Yoco available, if you prefer to pay with your debit or credit card.
Do you have stock ?
We do our best to keep stock levels up to date. If you can add the item to the shopping cart it is 99.9 percent sure it's available. In the rare case of an error we will refund/contact you immediately.
What if I don't like the product or if it doesn't fit ?
Saddles: 30 days trial with money back guarantee! You can test our saddles 30 days extensively, the more the better.
(only valid for orders from end users here on our web site. Returned products must be with original packaging and  the product(Saddle) can show signs of use but no serious damage.)

Any other product can be returned within 14 days if unused and in new condition and with all tags/ original packaging intact.

Is there a crash replacement policy ?
Yes, for irreparable damage to your SQlab product caused by a fall in the first six month , we offer a 50% discount on the purchase of a new SQlab replacement product and 30% for older products up to one Year .

If you want to take advantage of Crash Replacement, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description and/or picture of the damage for a return code/address.

Hereby the product automatically becomes our property and we contact you after a detailed examination regarding a suitable replacement product.
