SQlab Back Guide now available in English

We know that even the best bike setup cannot out-work muscular imbalances, deficits, or tightened areas. That is why in 2021 we created a “Back Guide” in collaboration with our back specialist Dr. Markus Knöringer, which is now (finally) available in English!

The guide contains different exercises from stretching to strengthening and is available as a PDF for free.
